SCRIPTSANDSOFTWARE FEED PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

ScriptsAndSoftware.com provides webmasters, developers, and software consumers with free and detailed listings of available freeware, shareware, and commercial products from its maintained database. By becoming a partner in the ScriptsAndSoftware.com Feed Program, you (the Partner) agree to help distribute this free listing as extra content for your website.

Though your e-mail address is collected for archiving and our Webmaster Update newsletters, ScriptsAndSoftware.com will NEVER buy, sell, or distribute your email address for spamming purposes.

Partner agrees to allow ScriptsAndSoftware.com to make changes to the feed if deemed necessary. It is understood that changes may occasionally occur and you will not be notified of such changes unless they are deemed to impact substantially.

ScriptsAndSoftware.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Webmaster agreement. It is suggested that you check back from time to time to see if the terms and conditions have changed.

MODIFICATION: Partner agrees to use only the allowed fields for modification available in the Feed Members Login. Modifications performed outside the allowed fields provided in the Feed Members Login will result in immediate termination of the Partner's feed without notification.

TERMINATION: Partner agrees and acknowledges that ScriptsAndSoftware.com reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and/or remove Partner's feed at any time if ScriptsAndSoftware.com deems, in its sole discretion, that the feed is used in an unacceptable manner either by Partner or Consumers. Immediate termination will follow any use of the feed for piracy, database tampering, spamming, and any act deemed harmful to ScriptsAndSoftware.com. This Agreement shall automatically terminate if one or both of the parties dissolves its business or discontinues use of the ScriptsAndSoftware.com feed.
